Located 80 km south of Marrakech , Oukaïmeden is the highest ski resort in Africa and the best equipped in Morocco (1 chairlift and 6 ski lifts). Snow cover averages 120 days a year between December and April. The altitude varies between 2600 m and 3270 m reached by the chairlift. You will have splendid views of the High Atlas and Toubkal . Weather permitting you can go skiing (possibility of renting equipment and clothes on site). You can walk on the back of a mule or go with a mountain guide to explore the region. There are many small restaurants on site for lunch.
